I'm writing to convey my tremendous unhappiness with my recent Enterprise Rental Car experience. I reserved a rental automobile from your organization around 15 days ago. However, when I arrived to pick up the automobile on the specified day for a journey to another city, I was told that my reservation had been canceled since I did not have an airline ticket.
I attempted to call customer service staff several times but received no information or explanation about this situation. In addition, no information about this policy was provided on the internet. I was first made aware of the cancelation when I arrived at the pickup place; no prior notice was provided.
This circumstance was extremely inconvenient and frustrating, leaving myself and my companions stranded at the airport without transportation.
