Enpara.com Debited Money From My Account for a Cargo Payment Without Authorization

I am a customer of Enpara's credit card, and today I found a concerning mistake related to a payment. A payment of ₺19,391.20 was deducted from my account, labeled as a cargo payment, instead of the expected 7.82 kurus. I reached out to the bank right away to resolve the problem, but they declined to cancel the unauthorized transaction even after I informed them. I find myself in a situation where I'm still waiting for a payment that hasn't been deducted, and it feels like I've been taken advantage of. It’s truly disappointing to see the bank allowing this situation to continue without taking any steps to address it. I relied on Enpara to protect my finances, and this experience has been incredibly disappointing. I anticipate a prompt resolution and the swift return of my funds.

You didn't even get in touch regarding the issue. I have never encountered such poor process management before.
