Enpara Loan Interest Rate Complaint
On June 15, 2026, I took out a personal consumer loan of 250,000 TL from Enpara at an interest rate of 4.19. Only a few days after using this loan, I started to receive new offers from Enpara, both through the mobile banking application and via SMS, for the same type of consumer loan but with significantly lower interest rates. Despite the fact that I have already paid my first installment, these more advantageous interest rate offers have continued to be presented to me. After seeing these offers, I contacted Enpara and requested that the interest rate of my existing loan be updated in line with the lower interest rates that their own system subsequently offered to me. My request was not substantively evaluated, and I was simply informed that I should take out a new loan at the lower interest rate and close my current loan with it. The fact that the bank granted me a loan at a higher interest rate and then, very shortly afterwards, started offering much lower rates for the same product, while refusing to revise my current loan, has made me feel wronged, victimized and ignored as a customer. This attitude gives the impression of a bank that prioritizes its own profit over fairness and customer focus, and that does not take the customer’s financial situation and grievance into consideration. I used this loan in Ankara and it is tracked under the number 03663-bt-000020893102. I request that the interest rate of my current loan be updated in accordance with the lower interest rates that were subsequently offered to me by Enpara’s own system, and that my grievance be resolved through a fair adjustment that will ensure I am not subjected to an unfair interest burden.
