Enpara Misled Me About Interest-Free Installment Limit for Insurance

On May 11, 2026, I contacted a representative named Ayşegül via the written support section in the Enpara mobile application. I asked whether I could benefit from the interest-free 6-installment option if I made my mandatory car insurance payment, which was approximately ₺15,000 with my Enpara credit card, as my policy was about to expire. She informed me that the transaction had to be categorized as insurance and that I was entitled to interest-free installments in 3 installments during this period, but she did not mention any upper limit on the amount. Based on this information and trusting what I was told, on May 11, 2026, I made a single payment of ₺15,382.80 to Hepiyi Sigorta using my Enpara credit card. On May 14, 2026, when the transaction moved from provisional to posted, I attempted to convert it to installments via the mobile application, but only interest-bearing installment options were available. When I called customer service, I was informed that interest-free installments could be used only for insurance expenses up to ₺15,000 and not for amounts above this limit. I made this payment and exceeded the 15,000 TL limit based on the information provided to me by your representative and without being informed of any upper limit. I request that my ₺15,382.80 insurance payment be converted into 6 interest-free installments as promised in your campaign and as I was verbally guided, and that I not be victimized due to incomplete or misleading information given by the support representative.
