After a period of two years, I noticed some white scratches on the upper part of the frame and the right and left edges of my Ray-Ban glasses with lenses that I purchased from Atasun Optik. In late April, I paid a visit to the Atasun Optik store located in Amasya AVM, where I made my purchase. I was informed that the warranty period had expired by a mere 2 days, leaving them unable to assist me. I had hoped to go sooner, but as a senior high school student juggling written and centralised exams, along with work, I simply couldn't find the time. Can someone please help me with this issue? I'm excitedly anticipating a reply. My future and education are of utmost importance to me. We used to have a lot of love for Atasun Optik and Ray-Ban, but the absence of any solution has left us feeling quite disappointed.
