Ongoing Product Quality Issues and Warranty Disappointment with Atasun Optik

We have been loyal customers of Atasun Optik for many years, purchasing eyewear for myself, my spouse, and more recently, for our children. In 2023, we bought a pair of prescription glasses for our daughter. Unfortunately, by 2024, the frames had begun to peel. The product was replaced under warranty with a brand-new pair. However, in 2025, the same issue occurred once again—the frames of the replacement glasses started peeling. This time, we were told that the warranty period had expired and that no further assistance could be provided. It was explained that the replacement glasses were covered under the original product’s warranty and therefore did not have a new warranty period of their own. I would like to ask: How can a brand-new replacement product not come with a new warranty? This is not in line with standard consumer rights or reasonable warranty practices. We also bought the same model for ourselves after the first issue, thinking it was a one-off problem. Unfortunately, our glasses developed the same peeling issue. This clearly shows that the defect is product-related and not due to misuse. Despite our request to upgrade to a higher-quality model and pay the price difference, we were offered no support whatsoever. The store staff simply insisted that "this is the warranty policy," and made no effort to address our dissatisfaction. This experience has been extremely disappointing, especially considering our long-term loyalty as customers. I also recently purchased a pair of Ray-Ban glasses for my other daughter from the same store—yet this situation has led me to decide I will no longer shop at Atasun Optik. I respectfully request a resolution, either by refunding the faulty product or replacing it with a higher-quality model, given that the same issue has now occurred twice with what should have been a new product.
