Emporio Armani Sunglasses Lens Coating Cracks and Atasun Optik Charges High Repair Fee

In May 2023, I purchased a pair of Emporio Armani sunglasses from the Atasun Optik store in the 17 Burda Mall in Çanakkale, trusting the brand's reputation and quality. I paid a price that was considered quite high at the time.

Over the past three to four months, I noticed that the coating on the lenses started cracking and peeling. When I visited the Atasun store where I bought them, they told me they couldn't take action because the warranty had expired, offering only a paid lens replacement. However, I find the requested fee of approximately $77 for a lens replacement unreasonably high and unfair to the consumer, considering both the brand and the overall duration of use.

I believe this issue stems from a manufacturing or quality defect. Therefore, I demand that Atasun Optik coordinate with the brand to replace my lenses free of charge or offer a fair, customer-focused solution.
