Prada Marc Glasses Broken Twice - Exchange or Refund Denied

I purchased a pair of Prada Marc prescription glasses from Atasun Optik’s İzmir Hilltown branch over a year ago. Shortly after, I began experiencing issues such as frame bending, widening from the sides, and breakage in the plastic screw section. When I brought the product to the store, it was replaced, but the same problems occurred again with the new pair. Despite handling the glasses with great care, having identical issues with both pairs clearly indicates a quality problem. Although the replacement was processed through my store record, Atasun Optik did not stand behind the issue and refused to exchange the product for a different model or brand. When I contacted customer service, they only offered a 30% discount if I purchased new glasses. However, my product was still under warranty, and I paid approximately ₺7,000. I expected better after-sales support and customer satisfaction from a reputable brand like Atasun Optik, but being ignored in this way has been very upsetting. I could not use the product properly, and my grievance has not been resolved. I request that the necessary action be taken and that my glasses either be replaced with a different model or refunded.
