Ella Bonna Sent Two Left Shoes in One Pair – Refused to Correct the Mistake

I bought two pairs of Ella Bonna shoes for my twins, but we started using them later because they were a bit big. When we finally tried one of the pairs, I discovered that both shoes were for the same foot. I immediately contacted the company to request a correction, but they refused to fix the mistake, claiming that since we didn’t notice at the first use, they wouldn’t exchange them. This is completely unfair. How could I have known without trying them on? I expect Ella Bonna to take responsibility and correct this error by providing the correct pair of shoes.
