The package I sent with tracking number 35204243173182 has gone missing. I had made a sale through the Dolap app, and the buyer has been calling the Sürat Kargo Malkara branch for the past three days. However, they have been unable to locate the package. This delay is damaging both my seller reputation and the buyer’s trust in the platform. I urgently request that the package be found and delivered to the buyer. The Dolap app now shows that it will be returned to me, but neither the buyer nor I want a return. The product was sold in good faith, and we both expect a smooth delivery process.
