Instead of providing useful guidance or acknowledging any potential problem with the product, they arrogantly insinuated that my makeup application skills were lacking. very impolite. As a consumer, I anticipate a certain level of respect from brands, anyone would do. Just to clarify, the issue is with the lip liner, not my makeup skills, find myself questioning the quality control of e.l.f. products and feeling deeply disappointed by their dismissive customer service on a regular basis.
