While Applying Flormar Eyeliner, The Tip Got Stuck In My Eye





I've got a bone to pick with Flormar regarding their eyeliner. I bought one just a week ago, and while applying it, the tip got stuck in my eye, do you even know what would that cause? And when I tried to sharpen it with a pencil sharpener, it ended up crumbling into tiny bits – not a smooth opening. The very next day, I marched straight to the Flormar store and explained the situation. They assured me they'd get back to me within a week, but guess what? No response. Well, I'm not having it. I want this issue sorted out, and I want attention to it. Please, let's get this sorted.

The issue has not been resolved, I want a refund. Why am I dealing with your defective product? Send the eye pencil for investigation. I want a solution as soon as possible.
