Flormar Lipsticks Caused Cracking on My Lips and the Store Refused to Provide Help

In October, I purchased various Flormar lipsticks from Gratis, but all three lipsticks caused cracking and dryness on my lips. I had never experienced such an issue before. I reported the situation here but did not receive any response. I had to resolve the issue on my own, and they concluded that there was no problem with the product. However, they did not inform me of how they reached this conclusion. Leaving that aside, they offered me a solution, and I visited the Flormar store today. There is only one branch on Doktorlar Street, and the employee there stated that it is a private business and that they couldn’t proceed without the approval of the owners. Moreover, their attitude was unpleasant and unprofessional. Customers deserve respect, and no one should be treated poorly. The issue originates from your branch, and we are expecting solutions. I have lost both my products and my patience with the salesperson's behavior. Does this mean I need to escalate the matter to legal action?
