I had a really bad experience with Electrolux Airfrier. The handle of the Airfrier broke while mixing a product inside! I've only had the blender for two months, and it's already half the price I paid for it. The materials used appear to be of poor quality, and while blending ingredients weighing less than half a kilogram, the container and handle split in two. I didn't hit it or drop it, so why is the product so shoddy? There are many unknown brands on the market that produce far superior quality products than Electrolux Airfrey. When I contacted the headquarters, they immediately blamed it on user error without even requesting visual evidence or conducting a thorough investigation. It's not just me; there are numerous complaints about their products online. I would not recommend this brand to anyone, and I want people to be aware of my experience before making a purchase.
