I've been using the Electrolux E6AF1-6ST fryer I bought on March 28, 2023. When I was halfway through the cooking time the last time I used it, I took out the container and shook it. The drawer handle came off in my hand at that moment, and the basket with all the food fell to the floor. I contacted customer service, informed them that the product was still under warranty, and asked for a replacement. According to the service, it was a user error, and they could not replace it in this manner. They stated that the replacement would cost 1300  ₺ and that the entire sliding drawer would be replaced rather than just the handle. I assert that this is not my fault, and the user manual states that when half of the cooking time has passed, the container should be removed and shaken. I also clarified that the sliding drawer's handle is made of plastic, is held only at one point, and has a chrome cover. Customer service informed me that they would be unable to proceed with the replacement unless the customer service department gave their approval. I am currently unable to use the product without the sliding drawer handle and am in a difficult situation. Looking through online feedback, I discovered that many people had experienced the same issue. Reviewing the photos of the product that I will upload will show how weak and incorrect the breaking point is. I demand that my problems be resolved immediately and that the handle be replaced at no cost. This would be inconsistent with your brand otherwise.

I spoke with Electrolux customer service, and they tried to convince me that it was a user error. When they saw that I wasn't convinced and mentioned that I would seek my rights, they shared an email address and told me to submit my application with photos. I submitted my application and am currently waiting for my issue to be resolved urgently.

They called me from customer service and asked for a photo of the plate showing the product's brand, model, and serial number. They informed me that they would assist me. I am attaching the photo containing this information.

Despite providing the requested documents, no action has been taken to resolve the issue. The problem persists, and I am unable to use the product.
