On August 29, my Electrolux EW7H458ST clothes dryer began emitting a burning smell. I contacted the authorized service in Serik, Antalya and scheduled a service appointment. The machine was taken in for maintenance and cleaning, and I paid ₺5,000 (including maintenance and transportation costs).
However, only two weeks after receiving the machine back, the drum stopped rotating. I reached out to the same service staff who had delivered and serviced the machine. I was told that I would need to open another service request and that depending on the repair, I would have to pay again. If I refused, I would still be charged a service fee.
Experiencing two breakdowns within 20 days and facing high service charges each time has caused me significant frustration and financial loss.
I expect the issue to be properly diagnosed and permanently resolved without charging me again. If the problem is not fixed, I request a refund of the ₺5,000 I already paid, since my dryer is currently not working and the amount I spent would have been wasted.
I kindly request that my grievance be resolved promptly.
