Electrolux Washing Machine Stains Clothes and They Ignore My Complaints

On March 8, 2023, I purchased an Electrolux EW6F3146BEB model washing machine through the Hepsiburada website, trusting the product reviews posted there. Shortly after, stains started appearing on our clothes. Initially, we thought the stains were caused by something else, but when previously spotless clothes began to develop stains, we suspected the machine. I contacted the service team, and they inspected the machine, performed a drum cleaning, and claimed there was no issue, warning that they would charge a fee if called again for the same issue. However, the machine continues to stain clothes with every wash. Despite recording videos and showing the service team the problems during rinsing and the stained clothes, they only ran the machine for 10-15 minutes before leaving. I reported the issue to customer service multiple times and sent messages through Gmail. They initially responded to one or two messages, asking where I purchased the product, whether it had been serviced, and for the invoice date. I provided all the required details along with photos, but they stopped responding entirely afterward. I called customer service and contacted the live support line multiple times, but received no response. Recently, when I called again, they resorted to excuses, claiming that the local service agent, Ms. H*****, couldn’t come because she had a patient to care for. It seems the operations of a large company like Electrolux depend on the schedule of a single service agent. This is an insult to the customer’s intelligence. In short, do not forget to second-guess product reviews and the company’s reputation when purchasing based on Hepsiburada reviews. Electrolux is a regretful choice and a drain on your budget. Their customer service is unresponsive and indifferent, even if your product is under warranty. Protect your clothes from Electrolux.
