SoulChill Account ID 14807339 Ban Appeal

I have been unable to access my SoulChill account with ID 14807339 since July 27, 2026. Whenever I try to open the app, I receive a notification stating that my device has been banned for “verbal harassment or insults” and that the ban will remain in effect until July 27, 2031.

I consider this penalty completely unjustified, especially since I had not logged into my account for approximately seven months. The platform claims that insulting or abusive language was used, but I did not engage in such behavior and did not have any conversation of that nature. When I contacted in-app support, I was told that I had used abusive language, but I dispute this allegation and request a clear explanation of the specific evidence on which this penalty was based.

My request to SoulChill is straightforward: immediately lift the device ban, restore my access to my account, and revoke this penalty, which I believe was imposed unfairly.
