SoulChill Five-Year Device Ban Appeal for Account ID 14313497

Following an incident on SoulChill, my account and device were banned for five years. The warning screen states that my device was banned for violating the community guidelines and that the ban will remain in effect until June 2, 2031. Approximately four months have passed since the ban was imposed, and I have not used the app at all during this period.

I believe I have spent a sufficient amount of time away from the platform following the incident, and I want to make it clear that I will fully comply with all the app's rules and terms from now on. I promise not to get involved in any further conflicts, arguments, or situations that could even remotely violate the rules. I would even accept having my ban reinstated permanently if I make the slightest mistake in the future.

I believe that a five-year ban on both my account and my device is excessively long. Therefore, I respectfully request that the penalty imposed on my account, ID 14313497, and especially the device ban, be reviewed and, if possible, lifted entirely or reduced to a more reasonable duration.

I have not previously submitted a formal appeal through SoulChill's official support channels. I have only communicated with a few administrators through WhatsApp. I sincerely commit to being a well-behaved user who follows the rules and causes no further issues. I ask that my ban be reconsidered and that I receive a favorable response.
