Tesla Has Not Delivered My Mobile Connector After Five Months

I placed an order for a Tesla Mobile Connector (charging device) through the website of Tesla Motorları Satış ve Hizmetleri Ltd. Şti. on May 21, 2026, and paid for it in full. Despite approximately five months having passed since I placed the order, number AR7RE88EU5, the product has still not been delivered.

During this time, I have contacted Tesla numerous times. On every occasion, I was simply told that a support ticket was being opened, but no concrete solution was provided. Neither was the product shipped nor was I given a definite delivery date. I have been left dealing with this unresolved issue for far too long.

I demand that the Tesla Mobile Connector I have already paid for be shipped to me urgently, without any further delays, and that the inconvenience caused by this prolonged failure to deliver my order be addressed.
