Electrolux Overcharges Customers for Spare Parts

I purchased a condenser washing machine from Electrolux because I knew one of their former senior executives. However, over time, we witnessed this brand creating a monopoly in servicing and charging exorbitant prices. We regret our decision.
The Ümraniye service came to us. The washing machine is working intermittently. The service technician came and demanded ₺5,500 for an electro valve spare part. We objected, and they made a minor discount but said, "This is how it is with us." You know what that means.
I am also in this industry and a manager at a major white goods spare parts manufacturer. I condemn Electrolux for these customer-unfriendly practices. I will get rid of this brand as soon as possible. If you are considering purchasing a new white good, you can choose other brands to avoid this situation.

The response is not a real answer, it's just copy-paste with no solution at all. The content of the issue hasn't even been read. It's just been answered for the sake of answering. Who would want this? This alone shows the level of seriousness and importance given to the customer. We are asking how you can justify a price of 5500 TL for a valve, which is extremely expensive, but the response is filled with empty words and sent back. I condemn this, and with this logic, you will also lose your already dwindling customer base. I won't let this go until my issue is resolved in a reasonable manner. I expect a proper solution.
