Electrolux Fridge Warranty Fiasco
I bought an Electrolux refrigerator from the Antalya Kipa Migros store, only to discover it was defective. The manufacturer advised me to contact the store, but Kipa AVM 5th M Migros management maintains that Electrolux is to blame. I've been in pain for two weeks because I can't afford to buy food for my family. When I opened the package, the service representatives acknowledged the flaws and assured me that it would be replaced. This information, however, was not included in the report, and they left without delivering the report to me. When I later inquired, they claimed it had been forgotten.
