Dyson v15 Motor Failed Right After Warranty Expired and They Want a Repair Fee
My Dyson v15 brand upright vacuum cleaner started to give a motor failure right after the warranty expired. I am constantly having problems shutting down while vacuuming. According to what I heard from my friends, it was a serious motor problem. I called customer service. They asked for a fee because the warranty has expired. It is unacceptable for a product we bought for a high price to have a motor warranty of only 2 years. Motor warranty is given for a different period in electronic products. The fact that a world brand product gives a motor failure after 2 years shows that there is a chronic problem. I want the fault of my product to be fixed.
