Pending Withdrawal On My Surveoo Account

I am using the standard membership on Surveoo and on 18/10/2026 I requested a withdrawal of NGN 30,302.3 through the Beach Town Supermarket gift card option. According to the information on the platform, withdrawals should be processed within 7 days, but my withdrawal has remained in “Pending” status well beyond this period. After the 7 days passed, whenever I click on “withdraw funds” a message appears saying that the payment is still processing and that I should be patient. I have now waited an additional 3 days and the same message keeps appearing, without any progress and without receiving the payment. Seeing that my payment is still pending and that there are many other users reporting similar issues, I am concerned about the reliability of the platform. I want my NGN 30,302.3 withdrawal to be processed immediately and my Beach Town Supermarket gift card to be delivered as promised. I also request a clear explanation for the delay and for Surveoo to ensure that such issues do not repeat in the future.
