Hacked Free Fire Account Recovery And Missing Verification Code

I play Garena Free Fire on the Bangladesh server and my game account was originally linked to my VK account, and later I also linked my Gmail address as an additional login option. My account has been hacked and I have completely lost access to it. At the moment, the only recovery method I still have is my linked Gmail account. On 26 October 2026 I realized that I could no longer access my Free Fire account and that I was not receiving the recovery verification code needed to restore it. When I try to recover the account, the system indicates that a code should be sent, but no usable verification code reaches me, so I cannot complete the process and regain access. I contacted Garena customer support about this situation, but my problem has still not been resolved and I remain locked out of my account. I am the original owner of this account and I am ready to share all necessary information and proof of ownership if requested. I request that my Free Fire account on the Bangladesh server be restored to me as soon as possible and that the issue with the missing or unusable recovery verification code be fixed so that I can securely access my account again.
