I Got Charged ₺ Without My Consent for eDreams Prime and Can’t Cancel the Subscription

Last year, I purchased a flight ticket and was redirected to the eDreams website to complete the booking. Without my consent, they charged me €89 (₺) for a Prime membership that I never signed up for. I never agreed to any subscription. After a long and frustrating back-and-forth with their customer service team, I was able to get back only €45, which is just half of what they took from me.

I immediately requested to cancel the Prime membership, but was told I couldn’t do so until a full year had passed—otherwise, I’d be penalized. That’s absolutely outrageous. I had to cancel the bank card I used on their site to prevent further unauthorized charges. Now, they are still trying to withdraw money from that card but are thankfully failing.
