eDreams Prime Added Unwanted Subscription and Tried to Charge €119

On August 4, 2025, I purchased a flight ticket from Antalya to Stuttgart through eDreams Prime (Booking Reference: 23716639598). However, after buying the ticket, I discovered that an eDreams Prime subscription was automatically added to my account without my knowledge or consent. Starting from August 19, 2025, the platform has been repeatedly trying to charge my card €119 for this unwanted subscription. Luckily, my card limit was insufficient, so the payment has not gone through yet.
I attempted to cancel the subscription through the app, but there is no option available and no error messages or guidance were provided. I also never received any notification, checkbox, or email informing me that a subscription would be added when I purchased my ticket. The only reason I even found out about it was through a mobile banking alert stating “transaction failed.”
This practice is misleading and unfair. I demand that eDreams immediately cancel the Prime subscription linked to my account and ensure that no charges are taken from my card. Customers should never be forced into hidden subscriptions without clear disclosure and explicit approval.
