eDreams Unauthorized Prime Plus Subscription

I am filing a complaint regarding unauthorized charges for an eDreams Prime Plus subscription and requesting that this matter be resolved promptly. On 07/02/2026, after making a booking through the eDreams mobile application while I was in Bulgaria, I noticed that a Prime subscription fee had been charged to me via Apple Pay. The total amount charged so far is 19.98 USD. I did not clearly or knowingly agree to start an eDreams Prime subscription, and I only realized afterwards that these charges were related to this service. The relevant order number for my booking is 24510053855. To resolve the issue, I contacted eDreams customer service by phone. My call was initially answered, but the connection was terminated in the middle of the conversation and I did not receive any call back. Because of this, I was unable to obtain any explanation or assistance about why these Prime charges were applied or how to stop them. I request that my eDreams Prime Plus subscription be cancelled immediately and that all Prime-related charges applied to my account without my explicit and informed consent be fully refunded to the same payment method, Apple Pay. I also request written confirmation that the subscription has been cancelled and that no further Prime fees will be charged to my account in the future. I expect this issue to be investigated and resolved as soon as possible, and I look forward to your response and a timely refund.
