eDreams Prime Refund Requested After Unauthorized Charges

I am writing to complain about unauthorized charges related to an eDreams Prime subscription that were applied to my account. On January 21, 2026, I noticed that an annual Prime fee was charged without my consent, and on February 5, 2026, an additional charge of €99.99 was deducted for this subscription. In some instances, the fee was even charged twice, even though I did not knowingly subscribe to or authorize this service. I have never used any Prime benefits and only became aware of this subscription after reviewing my account and bank transactions. Since I do not use this service and did not request it, I consider these charges unjustified and request a full refund of all Prime fees, including any duplicate or repeated charges.

Another serious issue is the difficulty of reaching customer support by phone. The phone system appears to be set up in a way that does not allow callers to proceed without a reservation number, and the call is automatically disconnected. Since I am calling specifically because I do not have a reservation and need help with an issue related to the Prime subscription, this system prevents me from speaking with a representative and resolving the problem. I urgently request that you cancel any active Prime subscription linked to my account, refund all Prime-related charges taken without my authorization, and provide a clear and accessible communication channel so I can follow up on this matter if necessary.
