eDreams Prime Cancellation and Refund Problem

I am writing to report that I have been charged for an eDreams Prime subscription without my clear consent and to request that this situation be resolved. I first noticed a Prime subscription charge in February 2023, after making a booking through the eDreams mobile app while I was in Italy. I did not knowingly agree to start a Prime subscription, and I only realized later that these charges were related to Prime. When I tried to resolve this, I contacted eDreams customer service by phone. Although my call was initially answered, the call was cut off in the middle of the conversation, and I was not called back, so I could not get any explanation or support regarding these unauthorized subscription fees. I request that my eDreams Prime subscription be cancelled immediately and that all Prime charges taken from me without my explicit consent be fully refunded. I also expect a clear written confirmation that the subscription has been cancelled and that no further Prime fees will be charged to my account.
