eDreams Prime Auto-Enrolled Me and Charged €99.99

My name is Andi Ku**, and I am submitting this complaint regarding the unauthorized activation of an eDreams Prime subscription and the €99.99 charge made to my credit card. On January 18, 2026, at 9:05 AM, my card ending in 4036*3317 was charged €99.99 by EDREAMS +442076 for an eDreams Prime subscription. This subscription was activated during a booking process without my clear consent, and I do not wish to use or keep this service.

After noticing the charge, I tried several times to contact your customer service by phone, but I was told that my number was not sufficient to complete the call and I was unable to reach a representative. As a result, I received no support or explanation regarding this issue.

I am requesting the immediate cancellation of my eDreams Prime subscription and a full refund of €99.99 to the same payment method that was charged. I would also like to receive written confirmation that the subscription has been canceled and that the refund has been processed.
