eDreams Unauthorized $100 Subscription Charge Refund Request
My name is Charity Omavowan Ok**. Last month I bought flight tickets to America for myself and my family through Iberia operated by Aer Lingus. Today, 8 April, I noticed that an amount of 99.99 was taken from my account, and my bank (AIB) informed me that this payment was made as an annual subscription by a company called eDreams. I did not knowingly subscribe to any such service, and I did not give explicit consent for an annual subscription to be taken from my Visa debit card. I request a full refund of the 99.99 that was debited today, and I also want any subscription linked to my name, email, or card to be cancelled immediately. I also ask for written confirmation that my subscription has been cancelled and that no further charges will be taken from my account without my clear consent.
