Cancel Edreams Prime Annual Subscription
I recently discovered that I was charged for an eDreams Prime annual subscription connected to a flight booking, without my clear knowledge or consent. On 05/03/2025, an amount of 119 Euro was taken from my Visa card, and again on 05/03/2026 another 119 Euro was charged, both for eDreams Prime from Barcelona. I only intended to pay for my flight booking and was not aware that I was subscribing to a paid annual Prime service for two years. After noticing these charges, I contacted eDreams customer service by email but have not received any reply so far. Due to the lack of response and the fact that I did not knowingly agree to pay for this membership for two years, I consider these charges unfair. I kindly request a full refund of both 119 Euro payments, in total 238 Euro, back to my credit card and the immediate cancellation of any active or future eDreams Prime subscription linked to my account. I expect written confirmation once the refund has been processed and the subscription is cancelled.
