eDreams Prime €99.99 Unauthorized Charge Refund
On 26 February 2026, I was charged €99.99 by eDreams for a Prime subscription without my consent. I did not knowingly subscribe to eDreams Prime and was surprised to see this annual fee taken from my AIB Bank Ireland account. I have tried to contact eDreams by phone regarding this unauthorized charge, but my calls are not being answered and I have not been able to reach customer service. I find it unacceptable that such a significant amount can be taken without clear permission and that there is no proper support channel available. I request a full refund of the €99.99 that was charged without my consent and the cancellation of any active or future eDreams Prime subscription linked to my details. I expect this issue to be resolved promptly and the unauthorized subscription to be completely removed.
