eDreams Prime Unauthorized £99.99 Charge Refund And Cancel Request
I recently discovered that eDreams charged £99.99 to my credit card on 05/03/2026 for an annual eDreams Prime subscription renewal that I never authorised. I did not make any flight or hotel booking with eDreams, and I did not knowingly agree to renew or pay for this Prime service. I noticed this charge only when reviewing my credit card spending, and until that moment I was not aware that such an amount would be taken. I consider this renewal and the £99.99 payment to be unauthorized. The charge was made to my card ending in 6793. I kindly request a full refund of the £99.99 that was taken from my credit card on 05/03/2026 without my authorization and the cancellation of any active eDreams Prime subscription linked to my account, with written confirmation that no further charges will be made.
