eDreams Prime Renewal Charge - Cannot Cancel Subscription
In January 2025 I purchased an eDreams Prime membership for £89, and at that time I understood that I had to commit to one year, which I completed and paid in full. However, on 28 March 2026 eDreams attempted to take another £89 from my account, even though I no longer wish to continue the service. I have tried to cancel the renewal, but there is no clear cancellation option on the website, and the phone numbers provided do not work properly. When I call, I am kept waiting for hours with no resolution, which makes me feel that there is a loophole preventing customers from cancelling their membership. I find it very unfair that a renewal is being charged without offering a functional way to cancel. I request that my eDreams Prime membership be cancelled immediately and that this new £89 charge or attempted charge be stopped and not taken from my account.
