eDreams Prime Renewed Without Consent and Refund Not Received

I am writing to raise a serious complaint regarding the unauthorized renewal and refund of my eDreams Prime annual subscription. My Prime subscription was charged to my account on 1 June 2024, 1 June 2025 and 1 June 2026, each time for an amount of 99.99 EUR. I was never asked for my consent for these renewals, I did not authorize these charges and I was not clearly informed in advance that such recurring payments would be taken. On 11 November I was informed that a refund for my Prime subscription would be issued within 48 hours due to an error that occurred when my Prime subscription was activated for this year. Despite this assurance, I have still not received any refund. In addition, I am unable to reach you by phone, which makes the situation even more frustrating and unacceptable, especially considering that I have been charged multiple times without my consent. I request an immediate and full explanation as to why these unauthorized charges were made, as well as a prompt refund of the total amount of 99.99 EUR x 3. I also ask you to cancel any current or future Prime subscriptions linked to my account so that no further unauthorized charges are made. I kindly ask that you process this matter urgently and confirm in writing the exact date by which I can expect to receive the full refund.
