eDreams Prime Subscription Refund Request

I am writing regarding an eDreams Prime subscription that was charged to my account on 22 February in the amount of R229, from South Africa. I was not aware of what this subscription really involved. After noticing the charge, I realised that I do not need this service. I did not use any Prime benefits or services after the subscription was charged. As soon as I noticed the payment, I cancelled the Prime subscription, but I have been unable to find a clear customer service email to contact you directly about this issue. Since the subscription was not used at all and was cancelled immediately after I saw the charge, I kindly request a full refund of the R229 taken from my account.
