Cancellation of eDreams Prime Subscription - Request for Refund
Hello, I have just noticed a charge of €89.99 on my bank account for an eDreams Prime subscription. I did not intend to subscribe to a paid plan; it was only a free trial that I did not wish to renew. I therefore request (1) the immediate cancellation of my Prime subscription to prevent any future charges, and (2) a refund of the amount charged (€89.99), in line with my right of withdrawal and the fact that I have not used the services linked to the subscription.
