Cancel eDreams Prime Subscription and Refund

Dear eDreams Customer Support, I recently noticed that I have been charged R175 x4 per month since January 2025 for a subscription with eDreams Prime. I did not intend to purchase this subscription, and I kindly request that you cancel it immediately. Additionally, I would greatly appreciate it if you could refund all charges that have been deducted from my account from January 2025 up to August 2025, as I have not used or benefited from the subscription. Please confirm the cancellation and advise on the refund process. Thank you for your assistance. Kind regards.
