eDreams Unauthorized Membership - I'm Requesting A Refund And Stop This Issue

I am writing regarding several unauthorized charges to my Visa card ending in 8811 for an eDreams Prime membership that I never signed up for and do not wish to have. Despite never consenting to this subscription, I have been billed multiple times, and in some cases the fee appears to have been charged more than once. Recently, I was charged $10.07 on February 2, 2026 under “EDREAMS PRIME M,” $86.97 on January 26, 2026 under “EDREAMS US,” and $9.93 on December 31, 2025 under “EDREAMS PRIME M.” I did not authorize any of these Prime charges and I have never willingly enrolled in an eDreams Prime membership. Since last year I had already made it clear that I did not want any subscription, and yet these Prime fees have still been applied to my card. I consider these charges unauthorized and I kindly request a full refund of all Prime fees that have been taken from my card, including the amounts of $10.07, $86.97 and $9.93 mentioned above, and the immediate cancellation of any existing or future eDreams Prime membership linked to my account or card. I ask that these refunds be processed as soon as possible and that written confirmation be provided that the subscription has been completely cancelled and no further Prime fees will be charged to my Visa ending in 8811.
