eDreams Prime Charged Without Consent

On 19 February 2026 I was charged $89.99 for a yearly eDreams Prime subscription through the eDreams website on desktop in Thailand, without my consent. The payment was made with my debit card in the name of Shine W***. I had used this eDreams account before, but I did not knowingly subscribe to a yearly Prime membership and I have not used any Prime benefits even once. Since seeing the charge, I have tried to reach eDreams customer service but I have not been able to contact anyone. The phone number does not work for me and I could not find any support email address. In addition, the system does not allow me to remove my payment method, which makes me feel very unsafe about further unwanted charges. I request that my eDreams Prime subscription be cancelled immediately, that the full $89.99 Prime fee be refunded to my original payment method, and that my payment details be removed from my account. I expect a clear written confirmation that the subscription has been cancelled and that no further charges will be made to my card.
