eDreams Took Money From My Account Without Prior Notice

Last year, while booking a flight ticket, I mistakenly signed up for an annual subscription with eDreams, and they deducted around €60 from my bank account. I raised a complaint at the time, and they refunded approximately €55. However, today, they deducted €89.99 from my account as a subscription renewal. Throughout this entire year, I have not used their platform for any services. I have contacted them again, requesting a refund for this renewal and for my subscription to be canceled, as I had requested last year. This recurring issue is unacceptable, and I expect them to resolve it immediately.
