I Face a Refund Delay for China Southern Airlines Ticket on eDreams TR

On December 14, 2024, I purchased two flight tickets from Istanbul to Hong Kong through eDreams TR, operated by China Southern Airlines. Unfortunately, before the flight date, the airline canceled our tickets without any explanation. I immediately contacted eDreams to request a refund. They promised to process the refund within three months, but it has now been eight months and I still haven’t received my money.
When I reach out to eDreams, they claim they are waiting for payment from the airline. However, when I contact China Southern Airlines, they clearly state that they cannot assist me since I didn’t purchase the tickets directly from them. I find myself stuck between two companies, neither of which takes responsibility.
This situation has caused significant financial and emotional stress. I expected a simple and timely refund process, not months of unanswered questions and shifting blame. I urgently request that eDreams complete my refund immediately and stop giving me false promises. Otherwise, I will be forced to escalate this matter through legal channels.
