Flex to GO Forced an Extra €300 Fee After I Booked Through Skyscanner

I always rent cars through Skyscanner, and this is the first time something like this has happened to me. The page redirected me to Economy Bookings, and through them I rented the cheapest option from Flex to GO.

I had previously rented through Economy Bookings without any issues, which is why I trusted both platforms and even recommended them to others. However, this time Flex to GO turned out to be a huge regret. Even though I selected airport pickup and drop-off, they made us pick up and return the car from a location 10 minutes away from the airport. On top of that, they claimed that the driver’s license we normally use to rent cars abroad was not acceptable, and they charged an extra €300. We were forced to pay.

At the moment, Skyscanner and Economy Bookings are not taking any action. My entire vacation budget was supposed to be €300, but I have now paid €356 just for the car, even though I originally rented it for €66 months in advance.
