Ecco Does Not Stand Behind Its Own Brand and Products
The size 40 boots I bought from Ecco Vienna, trusting in their comfort and brand, and paying a high price, turned out to be smaller than standard European sizes and squeezed my feet unbearably. It was so bad that I couldn’t even walk after taking them off. I reported the issue to the company officials, but they offered no solution whatsoever. Instead, they tried to shift the blame by saying it was a matter of personal fit, which I found unacceptable. Considering the premium price I paid, I expected much better customer service. I would not recommend Ecco to anyone. They are a company that does not stand behind their brand or products. I will never buy from them again.
