EasyJet Check-in Failure at Gatwick North to Antalya Flight

My EasyJet check-in was not complete on my flight from Gatwick North to Antalya on June 29, 2023, at 21:40. Despite arriving at the airport at 20:50, the workers attempting to enter my information into the system were unable to assist owing to a check-in server screen malfunction, which caused a 10-15 minute delay. When the system eventually opened, the personnel informed me that there was a 4-minute delay in submitting my information, and I was unable to check-in. The staff provided no explanation or information, so we were left stranded at the airport. When I went to inquire about another travel, there was no one accessible at the EasyJet office to help me get my flight ticket or advise me on what to do next. Unfortunately, EasyJet has proven to be a really poor airline.
