Unable To Find Spare Part Of Dyson V11 Dust Container

I bought the Dyson V11 Absolute Extra Pro vacuum with confidence, knowing that it was of high quality and performance. However, a vexing problem has arisen with the dustbin compartment. The red component on top of the trash can keeps detaching during emptying, and no matter how hard I try, I can't get it back together properly. To make matters worse, the replacement dustbin is no longer available on their website, leaving me with a broken vacuum. It's disappointing to have such a problem with a brand that I trusted and paid a premium for. The ease of detachment of a small part during regular use, particularly when emptying the bin, renders the product practically useless. I am unable to find a solution to this problem and require assistance from the manufacturer in order to obtain the necessary replacement part. I hope Dyson will address this issue quickly and uphold their product's reputation.
