Red Light Fault on Dyson V11 Absolute+ Vacuum - No Warranty Support
We had a problem with the red ring thingy in the dust bin of our Dyson V11 Absolute+ cordless vacuum. Even though I did everything the website said to clean and use it properly, the problem didn't go away. When I talked to customer service, they said that because the warranty had ended, they couldn't help me and recommended buying a new dust bin. I think there's a problem with the design that's causing some issues when trying to put in or take out the dust bin. It's making it difficult to open. So, I want a free replacement because of this design problem.
