Tried Buying a Dyson V15S Submarine—Found 4 Defective Units in a Row

Between November 14–16, I tried to purchase the Dyson V15S Submarine upright vacuum from the Istanbul Marmara Forum and Istanbul Forum MediaMarkt stores. Together with the store employees, we inspected a total of four different units. Three of them had scratches, and on one of them the attachments did not fit properly onto the main body. Some products were even missing the Dyson logo, and the material quality felt noticeably lower compared to the display samples on the stand. Each time, we encountered a defective product and had to return it.
My goal was to buy a solid and reliable product, but after this experience, I wasted my time and completely lost confidence in the brand. I was excited to make the purchase, but it turned into a major disappointment. Although all my payments were refunded, I now hesitate to consider Dyson products again because of this trust issue.
What I expect from the brand is to improve product quality and the overall purchase experience so that customers are not left suffering, and to take the necessary measures to ensure situations like this do not happen again.
